If you want to be successful in the startup world, you have to be able to take ownership over your work, no matter how many hats you’re wearing, plates you’re spinning, or balls you’re juggling…and no matter where or what level in the organization you’re doing it from. I have added a framework to the growth letter. Each week I will provide a framework that will help you with your business & personal growth. This week I elaborate on the Stakeholder matrix which is important to map out relationships and have an idea of how much time you need to invest in keeping your stakeholders satisfied.
I have started a frameworks newsletter for LinkedIn but you will have first access to the frameworks before my LinkedIn followers starting next week.
